Em resposta à situação de pneumonia do novo tipo de coronavirus, a Direção do IPOR, em estreita articulação com as autoridades de Macau e com o Consulado-Geral de Portugal, informa que o início dos trabalhos do Curso Geral e das oficinas para crianças, nas instalações do Instituto, foi adiado.
Assim, as atividades letivas não terão início no dia 3, como planeado, mas apenas no próximo dia 10 de fevereiro. Esta data poderá ser objeto de nova alteração, de acordo com a evolução local do vírus.
Mais informa que, integrado no plano de combate à propagação do vírus, todos os utentes do IPOR deverão passar por um controlo de medição da temperatura sem contacto (termómetro laser), à entrada da instituição. Os agentes de segurança em serviço permanente no IPOR serão responsáveis por este procedimento, tendo já recebido a devida informação.
Máscaras e desinfetantes compatíveis com uso corporal externo estão ao dispor de todos os utentes à entrada do IPOR e junto à secretaria pedagógica.
A situação será acompanhada em permanência pela Direção do IPOR, em coordenação com as autoridades da RAEM, solicitando-se a melhor atenção para comunicados posteriores.

關於新型冠狀病毒肺炎及東方葡萄牙學會教學活動之變更
因應新型冠狀病毒肺炎疫情，東方葡萄牙學會在與澳門政府和葡萄牙駐澳門及香港總領事 館的密切協調下，僅通知本學會的一般課程、兒童及青少年葡語班之課程將延期開課。
因此，本學會之教學活動將不會在 2 月 3 日如期進行，將延至 2 月 10 日上課;該日期亦 可能因應疫情情況進行變更。
另外，為了有效抑制疫情擴散，所有進入本學會之人員均需在入口處接受非接觸式體溫檢 測，該項工作將由本學會之駐場保安執行。
所有人員均可使用放置於本學會入口處及教學秘書處的口罩和消毒劑。 本學會將與澳門特區政府互相協調，持續密切關注疫情發展並進行後續溝通。
In response to the pneumonia situation of the new type of coronavirus, the IPOR, in close coordination with the Macau authorities and the Consulate General of Portugal, informs that the scheduled beginning of the General Course and the workshops for children has been postponed. School activities will not start on the 3rd, as planned, but only on February the 10th. This date may be subject to a new change, according to the local evolution of the virus. As part of the plan to combat the spread of the virus, we further inform that all students, staff and visitors of IPOR must undergo a non-contact temperature measurement control (laser thermometer) at the entrance of the institution. Security officers on permanent duty at IPOR will be responsible for this procedure, having already received the appropriate information.
Masks and disinfectants compatible with external body use are available to all at the entrance of IPOR
The situation will be monitored permanently by IPOR, in coordination with the authorities of the MSAR, requesting the best attention of all for further developments.
