Literary and Cultural Festival for Parents and Children “Letras & Companhia” 2025

O Festival Literário e Cultural foi criado em 2021 pelo IPOR e pelo Consulado-Geral de Portugal em Macau e Hong Kong, com o apoio do Galaxy Entertainment Group, sendo este ano a sua 5ª edição. Tendo como destinatários prioritários as crianças e jovens em idade escolar, o projeto transversal e multidisciplinar procura mobilizar e convocar eficazmente todas as faixas etárias da comunidade, envolvendo a participação das escolas e seus atores.

Agradecemos ao GEG, o patrocinador principal deste evento, todo o seu apoio e suporte nos últimos cinco anos, para a concretização deste projeto.

Em 2025, o tema escolhido terá como foco principal a “Inteligência Artificial na Educação”, procurando abordar a introdução das tecnologias não apenas no ensino, mas também na vida das crianças.

Sensibilizados pela rápida multiplicação de ferramentas e o impacto que estas possam vir a ter não apenas na educação, mas também nas crianças, a UNESCO publicou em 2023 um Guia para a Inteligência Artificial generativa na educação e investigação com a finalidade de orientar os países na criação de regulamentações, e de acautelar uma reflexão ancorada no ser humano aquando do uso das novas tecnologias, procurando precaver potenciais riscos.

Pretende-se assim, com este tema, e seguindo as recomendações da UNESCO, sensibilizar a comunidade de Macau para os riscos e desafios que a Inteligência Artificial (IA) acarreta, mas também mostrar as várias formas como esta está presente no quotidiano e como a podemos utilizar em benefício da educação e do desenvolvimento social das crianças.

Na procura para atingir estes objetivos, foi desenvolvido um programa envolvendo a arte e diversas formas criativas exploratórias do tema, nas quais incluímos oficinas, espetáculos de artes performativas, conferências, exposições, entre outras atividades cuja génese está na IA. Em simultâneo, tratando-se de um festival literário, serão apresentadas ao público da RAEM um conjunto de novas publicações de autores dos países de língua portuguesa editados em português e em língua chinesa.

Aprender a usar a inteligência artificial com responsabilidade e preparar os nossos filhos para a vida com esta ferramenta permitirá criar um futuro melhor e ajudará as crianças e jovens a conviver em segurança com a tecnologia.

文學與文化節由東方葡萄牙學會和葡萄牙駐澳門及香港總領事館, 及在銀河娛樂集團的鼎力支持下於 2021 年創辦。該活動至今已邁進第五屆。我們衷心感謝銀河娛樂集團連續五年的支持及擔任今年活動的冠名贊助商，使活動得以順利進行。該活動具跨領域、多學科的特點，主要面向學齡兒童及青少年，也期望有效動員和吸引社會各年齡層人士參加，讓學校及教育工作者都能參與其中。

本屆主題為 “教育中的人工智能”，旨在探討科技在教學中的應用，以及對學童日常生活的影響。

面對人工智能的飛速發展及其對教育和學童帶來的影響，聯合國教科文組織於2023年發佈了《生成式人工智能教育與研究應用指南》，指導各國制定法規，確保新技術的使用符合以人為本的理念，規避潛在風險。

本屆活動將遵循聯合國教科文組織的建議，期望透過此次的主題喚起澳門社會各界關注人工智能帶來的風險與挑戰，展示人工智能如何滲透到我們的日常生活，引導大家在兒童教育和社會發展中善用人工智能。

為著達到此等目的，文學節會以藝術和各類創造性形式來探索本屆主題，開展工作坊、演藝節目、會議和展覽等與人工智能息息相關的活動。同時，作為一項文學活動，本次還將為澳門市民呈獻一系列由葡語國家作家以中文和葡文出版的新作品。

學會負責任地使用人工智能，幫助孩子們適應與人工智能共存的生活，這不僅有助於創造更美好的未來，還能讓兒童及青少年在科技的陪伴下安全地成長。

The Literature and Cultural Festival was created in 2021 by IPOR and the Consulate-General of Portugal in Macau and Hong Kong, with the support of Galaxy Entertainment Group. The event has entered its 5^th edition this year. We sincerely thank GEG for their support for five consecutive years and for being the title sponsor of this year’s event, making it possible for the event to proceed smoothly. With school-age children and young people as priority recipients, the transversal and multidisciplinary project seeks to effectively mobilize and convene all age groups in the community, involving the participation of schools and their actors.

Aware of the rapid multiplication of tools and the impact they could have not only on education but also on children, UNESCO published in 2023 a Guide for generative Artificial Intelligence in education and research with the purpose of guiding countries in the creation of regulations and safeguarding a human-based reflection on the use of new technologies, seeking to guard against potential risks.

The aim of this theme, and following UNESCO’s recommendations, is to raise awareness among the Macau community of the risks and challenges that Artificial Intelligence (AI) entails, but also to show the various ways in which it is present in everyday life and how we can use it to benefit children’s education and social development.

In the quest to achieve these objectives, the programme was created involving art and various creative forms exploring the topic, which include workshops, performing arts shows, conferences, exhibitions, among other activities whose genesis is in AI. At the same time, as this is a literary festival, a set of new publications by authors from Portuguese-speaking countries published in Portuguese and Chinese will be presented to the Macao SAR public.

Learning to use artificial intelligence responsibly and preparing our children for life with this tool will create a better future and help children and young people live safely with technology.
